Bob Tyler Toyota is seeking to add a Building Maintenance / Handyman to perform a wide variety of different maintenance and/or repairs for our Dealership facilities. This role is a critical component of upholding our dealership culture and image while helping us to look and feel our absolute best through the ambience of our facilities.

Responsibilities – Building Maintenance / Handyman:
- Perform a wide variety of different maintenance and/or repair work on our Dealership buildings/facilities
- Manage/account for tools and equipment
- Keep, tools, and work spaces neat and organized
Qualifications/Requirements – Building Maintenance / Handyman:
Handyman repair and maintenance experience is strongly preferred- Rough and trim carpentry skills, door hardware experience is preferred
- Nominal electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience is preferred
- Dealership, Apartments, or Building maintenance is a plus!
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
