Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Quick Lane service department, helping customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs while ensuring they receive an outstanding experience. Your primary role is to advise customers on recommended services, coordinate with technicians, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Provide professional recommendations for maintenance and repairs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Prepare repair orders and cost estimates
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction levels
• Process payments and explain service details to customers

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor (Quick Lane, dealership, or independent shop)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
• Ford and Kia certifications are a plus but not required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
