Overview
Bob Utter Ford Kia is looking for a reliable and motivated Car Wash Attendant to join our service and detail team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely moving customer vehicles through the dealership’s car wash system and ensuring each vehicle is returned clean and presentable. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable operating vehicles of various sizes, and takes pride in keeping things clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive customer vehicles to and from the dealership’s automatic car wash
- Operate the wash system and ensure proper function of all wash equipment
- Pre-rinse or spot-clean vehicles as needed before entering the wash
- Keep the car wash area clean and free of debris or standing water
- Provide friendly, courteous service when interacting with customers or team members
- Follow dealership procedures for vehicle handling and safety at all times
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a car wash or dealership environment is a plus, but not required
