Boba Barista/Cashier

At our Boba Shop on Route 60, we blend the art of crafting delicious boba drinks. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality service to our valued customers.

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Boba Barista with at least 6 months of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Boba tea, a friendly attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of Boba drinks and coffee drinks with precision and care
• Prep for the front of the house, including making syrup, jelly, tea, and Boba
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Follow health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a barista or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and evenings
