Are you enthusiastic, energetic, organized and full of life? We are looking for someone like you to join our team at Boba Street Cafe in Boca Raton. We need flexible people willing to work FULL or PART time including Opening, Midday and Closing shifts during the week and weekends. Boba Street Cafe is an exciting local bubble tea store where customer service comes first.

If you have experience in working in an ice cream/cafe/restaurant, etc., can work under pressure and think you would make a great asset to our opening team, then give us a shout.

Job role

Key focuses for the role are excellent bubble tea quality, amazing customer service along with cleanliness, maintenance and team training.

Key responsibilities

To create delicious bubble tea according to Boba Street Cafe standards in an efficient and safe environment.

To always follow the order of making tea as per training.

To ensure stock is rotated and used according to standards.

To work together to ensure the store and kitchen is the best it can be.

To serve customers efficiently, politely and quickly in an engaging manner.

To be able to communicate with confidence about bubble tea.

To maintain bubble tea quality through tasting.

To maintain the drink equipment and machinery to Boba Street Cafe standards.

To view the counter from customers eyes and clean as you go.

To adhere to all aspects of health and safety and food safety in accordance with the law and Boba Street Cafe standards.

To ensure sufficient stock of bubble tea ingredients, packaging and utensils.

Basic Qualifications

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and exceptional customer service, cash handling and store safety and security

Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Prepare beverages to recipes

Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Strong interpersonal skills
