Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $21–$25 depending on role and experience.
Location:
All training is conducted at our Woodinville location.
Training program duration depends on individual performance and coachability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and master the Bobae menu, including monthly creative drinks
- Prepare drinks with consistency, speed, and integrity
- Execute under pressure and maintain accuracy in high-volume settings
- Deliver exceptional customer service—know our regulars and their drinks!
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times
- Stay proactive in restocking and maintaining store readiness
- Be an active participant in all required training and ongoing development
- Multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Remain calm and collected during busy or unexpected rushes
- Embody Bobae’s values through honesty, reliability, and excellence in everything you do

Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Open availability including weekends (no seasonal hires at this time)
- Coffee/tea experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Food Handler Certification (required before starting)
- Strong punctuality and attendance record
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and confidently ask questions when needed
- Interpersonal skills to foster strong connections with team and guests
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
