Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashier & Barista. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring our guests receive top-tier service. Responsibilities:
As a Barista:
- Prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks, milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, and other boba-based beverages according to company recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, tea brewers, blenders, and other drink-making equipment with precision.
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink by following proper brewing and mixing techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
As a Cashier:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, answering questions about our menu and making recommendations when needed.
- Operate the POS system to process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, while ensuring accuracy in handling money.
- Assist in managing online orders and coordinating pickup or delivery requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and dining area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, bubble tea store, or food service industry is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to learn and memorize recipes, ingredient combinations, and customization options.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system with accuracy.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
