What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Director position at Bobbles & Lace?
- Become the go to-stylist for Cincinnati clients
- Deliver welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun top-tier client experiences
- Lead store merchandising, marketing, social media, display maintenance, and general housekeeping per Bobbles & Lace Brand Guidelines
- Creating lasting relationships with the Cincinnati community to grow and maintain your business
including in-store & community events, and partnerships with other local businesses, community
groups, and in-town hot spots
- Meet and exceed monthly and daily sales goals set by Bobbles & Lace
- Direct your team to assist in sales, styling, marketing and operations
- Manage the operations of your store keeping things running smoothly always
- Maintain the store schedule
- Lead and participate in daily education sessions with the team to learn and optimize styling, merchandising, marketing, etc.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
