Responsibilities
· Manage our customer service and sales teams
· Conduct sales and customer service meetings
· Manage schedules of office staff
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
· Sell property casualty, life, and health insurance to prospects
· Complete customer changes and requests within a timely manor
· Telemarketing for all lines of insurance
· Meet sales goals and expectations
· Handle escalated customer service concerns.
· Build relationships and establish referrals
· Attend networking meetings and chamber of commerce events
Licensing
· Must currently possess Life and Health Insurance License
· Must currently possess Property and Casualty License
Sales Expectations
· Managers will have individual sales goals and must contribute to team sales goals.
Experience
· Must have over 5 years’ experience in customer service
· Must have over 5 years sales experience
· Must have Insurance Sales Experience
· State Farm Experience is a plus
Compensation
· $42,000 Base Compensation
· Profit Sharing
· Commission
· Bonus
· PTO
Hours
· 9am- 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
· 9am- 7pm Wednesday
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
