What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Customer Service Operator position at Bobby Cox Companies, Inc.?
The Catering Customer Service Operator (CCSO) will work within the Field Marketing Department of Rosa’s Cafés, located at the corporate offices in Fort Worth. This is a full-time position with 70% of the job being performed onsite and 30% from home.
The CCSO’s primary function is to serve as a catering operator to field customer calls and online catering inquiries from around the state. The CCSO will assist customers in finalizing catering orders and sending quotes for approval and payment, and/or dispatching large orders to Field Marketing Managers in various territories. The CCSO reports to the Catering Dispatch Lead.
Successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, an understanding of customer service, and the ability to work and communicate well with other team members.
Job responsibilities include:
- Answer Incoming Phone Calls from Customers
- Respond to Online Inquiries
- Dispatch larger orders to Field Marketing Managers in appropriate area
- Forward Orders to the restaurant and District Manager
- Coordinate with multiple Districts for Deliveries and Full-Service Caterings
- Monitor catering calendar to ensure orders have been approved, paid and emailed
- Follow-up with customers to approve and/or pay for their orders
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu, catering policies and pricing.
Skills Required:
- Ability to multitask – talk on phone and type at same time
- Must be proficient in Outlook and Excel
- Able to work multiline phone system
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized
- Bilingual preferred, but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
