Duties will include:
Accounts Payable
- Food invoices
- Statement Research
- Matching / Breakdown
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Ordering and stocking office supplies
- Receptionist coverage.
Required education:
HS diploma or some (pursuing) college
Required experience:
- Accounting and Accounts Payable: 0 to 1 year
- Previous Receptionist experience a plus.
- Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) accounting software experience a plus; not required
