The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plays a key role in delivering therapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health support to individuals, their families, and the community.

Essential Duties
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with disabilities, addressing behavioral, emotional, and social challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs and strengths, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions that integrate behavioral health support, skills training, and community integration.
- Offer crisis intervention and short-term support when needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Advocate for clients' needs and rights, working collaboratively with healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with BDI's interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care for clients.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date case records in accordance with BDI policies, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
- Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources.
- Support clients in accessing additional social services and community resources that complement their treatment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay informed on best practices, evidence-based treatments, and regulatory changes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
