Green Oaks Country Club, located in Verona, Pennsylvania, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for a Pool Manager. Green Oaks Country Club is home to a beautifully manicured Donald Ross designed 18-hole, par 71 golf course.
Responsibilities of the Pool Manager at Green Oaks Country Club include:
- Hires pool staff
- Trains and manages pool staff
- Implements programs to attract new members
- Employs marketing strategies to increase pool usage
- Handles any issues that arise, both for customers and associates
- Promotes a positive customer experience
- Inspects the facility and equipment regularly
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Demands & Work Environment Requirements
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
