Responsibilities:
- Receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and store policy
- Inventorying incoming stock, filling orders on outgoing stock, and keeping the warehouse neat and clean
-Transporting stock to jobsite
- Perform inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as saw, safely and efficiently
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- answering phone calls
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills:
- Customer support: Ability to provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to warehouse operations.
- Typing: Proficiency in typing accurately and efficiently.
- Front desk: Experience in managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
- Clerical: Proficient in performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
