Bobby Rahal Lexus of Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Accounting - Office Manager. If you have Accounting leadership experience and you are hard-working and a detail oriented problem solver, we would like to speak with you.
This is a Monday - Friday position working daylight hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manager a team of Accounting Specialists while overseeing the Accounting department
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Monitor manufacturer receivables such as incentives
- Monitor all receivable accounts
- Manage vehicle floor plan payments
- Oversee title work processes and procedures
- Reconcile and remit monthly and quarterly tax payments
- Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with dealership guidelines and the manufacturer's format and timeline
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Being detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Knowledge of Google products such as email and some MS Office products with the ability to learn dealership-specific software
- Accounting and leadership experience is required
- Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
