ABOUT THE PART-TIME PM LOANER CAR COORDINATOR ROLE
One of the best perks of buying a Lexus from Bobby Rahal: complimentary pick up and delivery of the client's vehicle when it needs service. Our clients appreciate this feature and as Loaner Car Coordinator, you are on top of the process. You make sure we have an appropriate supply of loaner vehicles and drivers available for the following business day, schedule vehicle deliveries, and keep tabs on maintenance needs of the loaner fleet. You also assist the Service team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
The typical schedule for our part-time PM Loaner Car Coordinator is Monday - Friday from 12pm to 6pm.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Prior administrative and / or dealership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to spend most of your workday seated at a desk
