As we continue to grow, Bobby Rahal Volvo Cars of South Hills is looking for a Receptionist/Greeter to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm Wednesday & Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. This is a full time permanent position working 43 hours each week.

Position Overview
The Receptionist/Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership.
Who would I interact with?
This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with Clients, as well as, direct interaction with the Sales team and Service team, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.
- Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
- Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
- Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
- General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
