Bobby Rahal Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh is seeking an Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team. Duties and responsibilities may include the following :
- Processing accounts payable invoices for payment
- Post accounting entries for vehicle sales, service and parts
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Process vehicle loan payoffs
- Prepare daily deposits
- Post accounting entries for internal sales
- Reconcile various general ledger accounts
- Research errors and make appropriate corrections
- Compile and process bank contracts, vehicle title and registration documents
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
