What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Runner position at Bobby V's Restaurant and Sports Bar STM?
We are looking for a dual threat Food Runner and Busser to join our team and be the liaison between our kitchen and waitstaff. If youd like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and love be in a high paced and fun environment, wed like to meet you!
- Maintain health and safety regulations
- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables as needed
- Clean, sanitize and reset tables in a timely fashion
- Proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations and floors throughout the facility
- Refilling drinking glasses with water
- Proper knowledge of our food menu and plating requirements
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy levels
- Ability to work in a team
