Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-time, commission Base (exempt) position $33,280 - $150,000 or more based on your sales ability.

Outside Sales Representative Job Summary
An Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the sale of Bobcat Compact Equipment. The successful candidate will be a true “hunter” responsible for market development and securing sales in the assigned territory. For this position the territory will be open to all customers covering El Dorado, Amador and Alpine counties.

Outside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls.
- Apply knowledge of the industry to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Sell and promote all approved product lines within a designated sales territory.
- Continually meet or exceed sales quotas and expectations.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs.
- Keep product knowledge current and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature.
- Additional Duties assigned by the Director of Sales.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Three plus years of experience in a Sales role for our equipment industry.
- Effectively work from remote locations.
- Valid drivers’ license.
Outside Sales Representative Requirements
· Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
· Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration.
· Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
· Identifies and resolves problems.
· Understands what it takes to be successful in starting and building customer relationships.
