Job Title: Parts Counter Representative
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly (non-exempt) position. $21.00 – $26.00 to start. DOE
Reports To: Parts Manager and or Director of Service and Parts.
Parts Counter Representative Job Summary
Inside the Parts Counter Representative position, you assist both outside customers and internal to Sales, Service, and Rental within the Stockton Location. Taking orders from outside customers or internal personnel, looking up parts and components in computer software systems designed specifically for dealership or industry.

Parts Counter Representative Duties and Responsibilities
· Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
· Contact customers by phone call when parts are in for pick up.
· Pulls parts from the appropriate bins and delivers them to the staging area for loading.
· Loads trucks according to the delivery schedule and performs a final check-off on parts loaded.
· Place daily orders with short-line vendors as necessary.
· Process inbound / outbound freight.
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
· Prior experience in parts and customer service experience is required.
· Familiar with heavy equipment in a comparable industry experience preferred.
· Valid Driver’s License.
Parts Counter Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
· Ability to work within CDK/PFW Intelligencer) system or similar.
· Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others positively and professionally.
· Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
· Identifies and resolves problems promptly.
