Job Type: Salary Full-time, $68,640.00 - $80,00.00 to start (Exempt)

Report To: Department Directors

Store Lead Job Summary

The Store Lead is to manage the daily operations and activities of the dealership location and will be responsible for ensuring that company-wide policy and procedures are followed within all departments, being Service, Sales, Rentals, and Parts within our MERCED Location.

Store Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Promote and enforce compliance of all company-wide policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting store customers.
• Responsible for addressing the daily issues of the store.
• Assist with Sales Functions as necessary to ensure goals are met.
• Able to execute action plans to obtain strategic plans, objectives, and goals.
• Provides leadership for problem-solving to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in or related field (Preferred)

· Management of service department financials; profit and loss statements, fiscal budgets.

· Background in heavy compact equipment and large construction equipment preferred.

Store Lead Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Computer literacy; Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Other dealership software used for Service, Inventory Rentals, and Parts.

• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic service reports.
