Job Title: Yard Technician/Delivery Driver (Laborer)
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly $18.00 to $21.00 to start (non-exempt) position.
Reports To: Branch Manager.
Yard Technician/Delivery Driver (Laborer) Job Summary
Within the Yard Technician/Delivery Driver position, you support all Departments. This involves assisting with loading and unloading equipment from company vehicles and trailers, making deliveries and pick-ups when instructed, and greeting and assisting customers in the yard.

Yard Technician/Delivery Driver (Laborer) Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Makes sure the delivery vehicle is safely inspected daily and has proper registration, insurance information, and accident reporting paperwork on board.
· Safely unloads, refuels, records hours and fuel consumed, and assists the yard person with staging the equipment for check-in.
· Assists with loading and unloading equipment from company vehicles, trailers, and 3rd party trucking companies.
· After thoroughly cleaning the equipment (pressure washer and detergent), advise the Inventory Manager of the hours on the machine, and check all fluid levels and filters before returning to inventory.
· Operates loading and unloading equipment (forklifts etc.) in a safe manner.
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
· Must be at least 21 years old.
· Prior Bobcat Brand experience a real plus.
· Ability to obtain forklift certification.
· Valid Class C Driver’s License.

· Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
· Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level.
· Ability to work with limited supervision.
· Must be a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person.
· Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
