Job Title: Yard Technician/Delivery Driver (Laborer)
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly $19.00 to $22.00 to start (non-exempt) position.
Reports To: Branch Manager.
Yard Technician/Delivery Driver (Laborer) Job Summary
Within the Yard Technician position, you support all the departments in Bobcat of Sacramento. This involves assisting with loading and unloading equipment from company vehicles and trailers, making deliveries and pick-ups when instructed if needed, and greeting and assisting customers in the yard .

Yard Technician/Delivery Driver (Laborer) Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes sure the delivery vehicle is safely inspected daily and has proper registration, insurance information, and accident reporting paperwork on board.
- Safely unloads, refuels, records hours and fuel consumed, and assists the yard person with staging the equipment for check-in.
- Assists with loading and unloading equipment from company vehicles, trailers, and 3rd party trucking companies.
- After thoroughly cleaning the equipment (pressure washer and detergent), advise the Inventory Manager of the hours on the machine, and check all fluid levels and filters before returning to inventory.
- Operates loading and unloading equipment (forklifts etc.) in a safe manner.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Prior Bobcat Brand experience a real plus.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License.

- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
- Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must be a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person.
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
