Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.
Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat’s different functions.

Role & Responsibility
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Ag System Technology, Business, or related technical field Excellent communications skills and high level of motivation Travel Required: Attention to detail Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change Self-starter and willing to investigate problems independently with limited guidance Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Role & Responsibility
- Communicate with our dealer and national account partners to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize equipment uptime
- Process warranty part returns and participate in teardown analysis
- Provide data analysis and entry support for departmental projects, leveraging field and warranty data to identify key trends and insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical/service solutions
- Disassemble products for service manual verification and labor time revisions
- Operate products for audit and verification purposes
- Assist in sustaining field modification activities
