What We Are Looking For In Early Talent/new Grads
Education Required: earned or anticipated Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Technical degrees may also be considered for certain positions. Experience Required: 0-2 years of relevant experience are preferred for entry-level positions. Travel Required: Analytical mindset and strong quantitative skills with an ability to solve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bobcat thrives on collaboration and communication throughout our organization. A multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail, and an ability to drive deadlines. Previous internships and applicable job experience is always a plus. An initiative and drive to learn, grow, and contribute to Bobcat's mission of empowering people to accomplish more!
