We are seeking a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will support branding and communication efforts across multiple companies under our umbrella—Crownstone Equipment, McGrew Equipment, Iron Road Logistics and Gypsy Creek Ranch. This role involves designing high-quality marketing materials, managing brand consistency, and contributing to a variety of print, digital, and web projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to the following):

- Help the Director of Marketing manage brand consistency across all designs and marketing channels.
- Organize and maintain a library of marketing assets (logos, photos, design files, templates) for internal and external use.
- Design & produce print and digital marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, email graphics, social media graphics and more.
- Create all internal marketing communications including business cards, decals, hiring items, and logos.
- Create and send email marketing campaigns including email specials, customer newsletters, and employee updates.
- Obtains approvals of concepts by department heads.
- Editing and proofreading marketing content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Prepare design files for print and coordinate with outside vendors, printers, and agencies as needed.
- Edit content photos, as needed.
- Write, review, edit, and update content for our Crownstone Equipment & McGrew Equipment blogs.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & website vendor to regularly update both the Crownstone Equipment, McGrew Equipment & Iron Road Logistics websites.
- Design and update website banners on Crownstone Equipment & McGrew Equipment websites monthly.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and assist in the development of new marketing strategies.
- Proactively stay informed on marketing trends and digital tools to support ongoing growth and innovation.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree (or higher) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
- Two or more years of professional experience with design software including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Canva.
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Strong eye for visual composition
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Work Location: Headquarters located in Hanover, PA. Hybrid work is available but must be within driving distance of one of the Crownstone Equipment locations.
Travel: 10% travel between Crownstone Equipment locations, as needed.
Essential Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision. The employee must also be able to travel regularly for work.
