Bobcat of Macon is seeking an experienced diesel engine technician who is also familiar with hydraulics, electrical systems, and small engines. As a member of our team, you'll have access to a Recovery Rate Pay structure, weekly payroll, monthly bonuses, multiple training opportunities, and a supportive team of other techs and service managers from 8 other dealers.

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other small engines as needed
- Troubleshoot and identify mechanical and electrical problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Repair and replace damaged or worn parts
- Perform preventative maintenance and service on a variety of equipment, from small residential lawn mowers to compact construction
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on equipment
- Stay up to date with training sessions as required
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
- Clean driving record
- Well-stocked toolbox
- Willingness to take manufacturer's certification tests
- Ability to pass a drug screen
