First Year Compensation Package:
· Guaranteed $60-90K First Year determined by experience
· Commission based w/no capped income
· Truck Allowance or Company Vehicle Provided
Bobcat of North Texas - Decatur
As an Outside Sales Rep, you will build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, promote product offerings, and drive sales growth. You will focus on Bobcat Compact Equipment.

Experience in automotive, light or heavy construction equipment, or agricultural equipment sales helpful. Stable work history required.

Responsibilities
- Manage Bobcat Compact Equipment leads and sales process
- Develop and maintain relationships; build confidence and call on customers
- Visit construction sites, offices, and individual owner/operator sites within territory
- Promote Bobcat products by demonstrating equipment knowledge
- Grow sales and market presence by educating decision makers on the benefits of using Bobcat Compact equipment and emphasize the advantages of working with Bobcat of North Texas
- Develop a personalized customer service relationship with new/existing customers
- Continually grow knowledge base of existing and new products
Required Qualifications:
- Organizational ability to schedule, follow-up and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication
- Typing and use of computer for quotation generation and communication
- Documented work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with territory management
- Prior success selling industrial equipment, compact construction equipment
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- 21 years old; Confident hauling equipment via truck and trailer
- Familiar with and ability to operate compact construction equipment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree
Physical Requirements
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction and office equipment
- Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, and crouch
- Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noises
