Bobcat of Clarksburg, a division of RECO Equipment, Inc., is a full line distributor of compact equipment. Our product lines are supported by Parts and Service Departments at our 8 branches located in Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The TSM will represent the company in an upstanding professional manner.
- Responsible for developing an assigned coverage territory to drive the sales of new and used Bobcat equipment and attachments.
- Planning and executing field sales days which include scheduled meetings, new business prospecting and cold call job site/office walk ups.
- Responsible for the overall performance in a defined geographic territory which is measured by total sales, market share, and profitability through innovative sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management tool used daily to track interactions with customers.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Bobcat products to offer consultative assistance in areas of machine specifications and performance as well as attachments suited for specific needs and market applications.
- Work closely with the assigned Regional Sales Manager to develop and prioritize new business opportunities, market share growth potentials, and overall customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology and Physical Requirements):
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all customers and leaders at all levels.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Proven ability to effectively market products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Self-starter, proactive, strategic thinker, and resourceful.
- Effective organizational, time management, and priority-setting skills to complete numerous tasks under time constraints.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision and also in a team environment.
- Familiarity using CRM-based software.
- Ability to travel within a territory and work flexible hours as well as work in various environmental conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly evaluate facts, and maintain good judgment when making decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and must meet insurance driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
- Physical ability to climb in and out of vehicles and equipment used for demonstration purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
