Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of personal and departmental objectives.
- Maintain a safe and harassment-free workplace that is inclusive of all coworkers.
- Provide direction and leadership to achieve customer satisfaction standards and communicate the vision for this location and the company.
- Learn multiple roles to support the location when a backup is needed.
- Ability to multitask and pick up projects requiring attention to detail and high organizational skills.
- Observe coworkers and provide coaching to develop additional skills, job effectiveness, and efficiency to maintain high-quality work.
- Identify deviations from the plan and recommend corrective action to your Manager.
- Take necessary actions to assist individuals in achieving their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with and use the technology and systems utilized throughout the company.
- Coordinate with the sales team and segment President for your location, jointly responsible for achieving sales goals.
- Be a good representative for the location, company, and corporation in the community.
- Collaborate with your segment President, Chief Operating Officer, and Human Resources in recruiting and retaining teammates.
- Ability to be a trustworthy and respected business partner across all departments within the organization.
