Bobcat of the Rockies – Golden is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver and Hose Technician! We are looking for a candidate that has strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Apply today!

$20-25/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Service, assemble, and install hoses for a diverse customer base

• Evaluate the condition of equipment and recognize any other potential hose failure

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on site when possible

• Understand and meet standards of efficiency for repairs

• Efficient daily planning to include: look at jobs for the day, gather necessary parts and tooling as needed for repairs, communicate with scheduled customers prior/during/after repairs

• Delivery of parts to customers and technicians in the field

• Follow all current DOT and state laws/regulations, which includes pre- and post-trip inspections, daily driver logs, and/or any other requirements by local or federal authorities.

• Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs

• Ensure all records are legible and in compliance with established methods.

• Report all record keeping daily from the field, even when not returning daily to the company

• Maintain clean, well-running work vehicle, inventory, and tools

• Maintain personal appearance in a professional and neat condition. Wear all personal protective equipment, as required; and urges others to do so.

• All communications with customers and co-workers are conducted in a manner reflecting respect & integrity.

• Participates in Service Training programs for the development of skills and knowledge, and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins

• Always operate in and maintain a safe work environment; obey safety rules and wear required safety PPE

• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined with heavy equipment or like experience

• Be able to work independently of direct supervision in a field environment.

• Good computer and systems knowledge

• Contribution to spirit of teamwork and cooperation through the branch location, specifically with parts personnel and other service technicians.

• Spanish speaking is valued.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Clean Driving Record

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

*Please note that all of our driver positions have dash cameras installed in company vehicles

Physical Requirements

• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.

• Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl

• Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
