Bobcat of the Rockies- Colorado Springs is seeking a Supplies Sales Territory Manager. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting our product offerings, and driving sales growth. Base Salary $12,000 Plus Commissions
Responsibilities

Manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure targeted sales growth

Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers

Connect with key decision makers to fulfill their supply chain needs

Identify new target accounts that align with the company sales objectives

Develop these accounts through vertical integration and qualifying the supply chain opportunity

Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products, tools, and equipment according to customer needs

Prioritize daily, weekly and month activities
-
Qualify leads and opportunities
-
Provide product and technical support

Implement sales strategies to capture more business

Maintain customer communication records
Qualifications
-
Be comfortable communicating with customers and making cold calls.

Excellent customer relations skills.

Strong communications skills with a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task often.

A team player with the drive to elevate the teams performance.

A good working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM experience a plus.

Ability to quickly acquire and maintain product knowledge (powered industrial and/or agricultural equipment)

4-year degree preferred or 2-year degree with equivalent experience in the industry.

Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Physical Requirements

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.

Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl

Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
