Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Specialist to lead and execute both digital and traditional marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including the client experience and business development leaders, executive team, and COO. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth through strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis. The position reports directly to the COO and ensures alignment across marketing, sales, and leadership strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Coordination
- Work with the COO and leadership team to develop annual and quarterly integrated marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with client experience and business development leaders to align marketing efforts with customer retention and acquisition goals.
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans and timelines for campaigns and projects.
- Participate in leadership meetings to report on marketing progress, metrics, and insights, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
