Under direction of Production Supervisor or his/her designee, performs various aspects of assembling baby changing tables, highchairs, and seating products, including sub-assembly, final assembly, parts, bagging, making cartons and packaging.
Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Follow and maintain all aspects of quality
- Manual and automation assisted assembly of raw materials into finished goods.
- Meet predetermined production deadlines.
- Assist inventory control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Must be able to function in a team oriented and continuously improving environment.
Qualifications

- As a minimum, the Production Operator is required to have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and/or interpret documents such as work orders, procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules.
- Ability to comprehend and respond appropriately in English is required: fluency in the English language preferred.
- Lift, push or pull loads up to 50 pounds.
- Use of light tools such as, screwdrivers, drills, hammer, rivet guns, air tools, various machines, etc., is required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
- Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growth

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
