Sales and Installation Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in selecting flooring options (tile, hardwood, vinyl, carpet, etc.) that fit their needs, style, and budget.
• Conduct site measurements for projects to ensure accurate estimates.
• Estimate material and labor costs for each project.
• Coordinate installation, working closely with installers and customers to ensure a seamless process.
• Provide expert advice on flooring materials, installation, and maintenance.
• Maintain showroom displays and stay informed on the latest flooring products.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers to drive sales.

What We’re Looking For

✅ General Construction Knowledge or Experience – Experience in flooring, remodeling, or general construction is required.

✅ Saturday Availability – Must be available to work 3 Saturdays per month—this is mandatory and non-negotiable.
✅ Sales & Customer Service Skills – Ability to assist customers in selecting products and closing sales.
✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized – Capable of managing estimates, site measures, and installation schedules.
✅ Self-Motivated & Independent – Able to take ownership of projects from sale to installation.
✅ Basic Computer Skills – Comfortable using sales systems for estimates and scheduling. We use RFMS to quote and create orders. Experience is a plus, but not necessary.
