Working to support customer collection actions, and reporting to the Resolution Manager, the Resolution Coordinator (RC) is a persuasive and diplomatic operator, who understands that the value of a customer’s future business needs, may far outweigh the current liability that we are negotiating to settle.
The RC is an intuitive investigator who does due diligence to measure the gravity and extent of the debt, relative to the company’s willingness, concerns and ability to pay. All research, including facts and intuitions, are to be shared with the Resolution Manager for the development of a strategic resolution plan.
The RC is a good communicator who understands that teamwork is integral to resolving complex business to business problems. They maintain good relationships across multiple departments and makes a point to understand and appreciate the interests and complexities required of various service and product entities.
- Ensure all invoices are sent and received by the customer in order to ensure prompt collection.
- Resolve any customer account discrepancies as needed by thoroughly reviewing the dispute and determining the appropriate next step. When necessary, escalate to the Resolutions manager who can escalate to the appropriate internal team.
- Work collaboratively with the finance team as well as other internal teams to make sure that all outstanding receivables are accurate and addressed with the customer.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with the Resolution manager as well as quarterly meeting with upper management.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and the eventual transition to SAP.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
