Summary
As a Cashier at Bobz World Family Fun Center, you will be the friendly face welcoming our guests and ensuring smooth transactions at our various attractions. This role is vital in providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register.
- Handle cash and credit card payments while maintaining accurate cash drawers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing their inquiries.
- Assist with stocking merchandise and maintaining organized displays in the gift shop.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Support other staff members as needed during busy periods or special events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cash handling and retail operations.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of stock management is a plus.
