As a Room Attendant at Bobz World Family Fun Center, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is vital to ensuring that visitors have an enjoyable experience at our facility.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently to enhance their experience.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Assist with setting up for events and activities as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
