- Residential Trainer: Group Home (Full-time, part-time and PRN schedules - mornings, afternoons, and overnight). Multiple homes located in Fort Worth
- Habilitator: Assigned Client - Individualized Support (Full-time and part-time schedules are flexible). Clients available throughout Tarrant County
- Peer Support Specialist (Instructor): Leading Group Classes at our new Day Program in Fort Worth (Full-time)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing a wide range of support in the home and community in order to assist the client by facilitating skill development, maintaining their current skill level, improving maladaptive behavior, and assisting in carrying out daily activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience working or volunteering to assist with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Valid and clean Texas Driver’s License and Automotive Insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel
- Must meet background and training requirements prescribed by the State and Company, including but not limited to First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Educational background in Human Services, Nursing, Teaching, or a related field
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate mathematical and computation skills
- Demonstrated passion for helping others
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Habilitator client assignments are available throughout the DFW region, primarily in the Tarrant County area
- Residential trainers will be assigned to work in group homes located in Fort Worth
- Day Habilitation teachers will be working from our brand new facility in Fort Worth
- Part- and full-time positions available
