As an Ushier, you will:
You will be responsible for the safe and successful operation of the Boca Black Box front house team.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations including checking in guests, answering questions, helping out the bar and other duties as assigned.
- Uphold our Code of Ethics, including all company policies and procedures related to guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with all team members.
- Assist team with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn the ins-and-outs of hospitality operations.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task, be organized, have strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions.
- Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
