What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Maintenance Crew Leader position at Boca Greens Country Club?
Golf maintenance position that requires 3 or more years on a golf course (turf relative) or landscape. Job details entails daily golf maintenance work preformed directly under the golf course superintendent. Job may include golf course setup, equipment operation and labor infuse projects.
The main objective of this opportunity and position is to take on the role of task that follow upon the guidelines of the Golf Course Superintendent.
Experience must include the following
-Irrigation/ Irrigation detail experience from trouble shooting (Toro System) and diagnosing controllers, pipe (wet checks) and sprinkler heads.
-Other job tasks and responsibilities may vary from leasing the crew member with fertilizer and spray applications to golf course relative areas. Those job task are relative to the position. There may also be at times that you will direct, and supervise the crew on certain job tasks, and projects.
All of these related responsibilities are directed with and toward the golf course superintendent. Therefore communication daily, and being hands on is a must requirement.
Hours of work need no more and limited 40 hrs a week. Weekends and Holidays are flexible time and time
