Individual will be responsible for having excellent cooking skills, ensuring the proper execution of restaurant operations. Organize and conducts meetings with the kitchen and service team. product quality and production flow. Maintain orders and organizes inventory daily. Ensures kitchen is in compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards. Train, supervises and staff evaluation.

Job Requirements
- Experienced in wood burning ovens for pizzas
- Strong saute cooking skills
- Experienced in Italian food
- Insure that the food quality standards for taste, temperature, appearance, presentation and that all recipes are strictly followed
- In charge of kitchen labor, food and controllable expense budgets.
- Accountability, dependability and schedule flexibility
- Have a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in high end kitchen management
- Food Handlers Card / Servsafe Certification
- Knowledge of local purveyors and farms is recommended
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
