- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries or directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining patient records accurately and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
- Communicating effectively with patients, medical staff, and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Managing the waiting area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
