Server Responsibilities
Uphold our highest standard of hospitality by being welcoming, courteous, and professional toward the guests and fellow team members at all times
After completing an intense and comprehensive training program, servers will be expected to use their extensive food, beverage, and service knowledge to provide guests with memorable dining experiences
Execute detailed steps of service with high attention to detail in a high volume, fast paced, elevated, teamwork environment
Gather personal details about our guests to customize their future dining experiences log those details in their profile within our reservation system with the goal to BPA
Participate in continuous education to display mastery in food, wine, liquor, and other beverage knowledge during the course of employment
Responsible for completing appropriate setup, running, and closing side work duties
Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience in a full-service, high-volume environment is preferred
Works well in a team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and sense of urgency
Passionate about going above and beyond expectations to provide every guest with tailored dining experiences
Knowledge about common food allergies and laws regarding the sale of alcohol and its consumption
