Duties and Responsibilities
1. Routine Maintenance (planting, removing and pruning of trees, shrubs, flowers).
2. Transport and plant new vegetation.
3. Transplant, mulch, fertilize, water, and prune flowering plants, trees, and shrubs.
4. Rake and/or blow leaves, pull and/or chop weeds, prune plants and haul topsoil and/or mulch.
5. Use of a wide variety of maintenance tools/equipment including shovels, picks, rakes, pruning shears, loppers, handsaws, lawn mowers, edgers, grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, chainsaws and trenchers.
6. Load and unload a variety of equipment and materials that frequently weigh up to 50 pounds.
