OVERVIEW: The Country Club Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting our employees to and from the designated apartments. The driver ensures a safe, comfortable, and pleasant transport experience while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the club’s standards of professionalism.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Operate the shuttle vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
· Pick up and drop off employees at designated locations within the club and surrounding areas.
· Maintain a clean and orderly shuttle vehicle, including regular checks on oil, water, and other fluid levels, and reporting any mechanical issues to management.
· Provide outstanding customer service by being friendly, approachable, and accommodating to the needs of members and guests.
· Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all members and guests during transportation.
· Communicate effectively with other staff members and provide updates on schedules and transportation needs.
· Monitor and manage shuttle schedules, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
· Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.
· Participate in training sessions and adhere to the club’s policies and procedures.
· Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Previous driving experience, especially in a shuttle or transportation role, is a plus.
· Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
· Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.

Schedule:
Thursday & Saturday, 5AM to 11AM; Sunday 5AM to 11AM and 1:30PM-8:00PM (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday off) – seasonal ( - 30 hours/week).
