Job Summary:
Here at Boca West Country Club the Spa Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for the Spa as a whole with a focus on the Spa providers. Here in the Lifestyle and Wellness Department, all of our employees work as a team. All employees may be asked and must be willing to help out in all other areas including Fitness and/or Aquatics.

Minimum Qualifications:
§ Must possess at least 3-5 years in a luxury Spa environment as a Lead Therapist or supervisor role.
§ Must have knowledge of Spa booking systems.
§ Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
§ Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
§ Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
§ Must possess basic math and computer skills.
§ Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
§ Excellent communication and listening skills.
§ Must be a team player.
Education and Experience Requirements:
§ Additional courses, experience or knowledge in Hospitality, Country Club, or Luxury Resort services is preferable.
§ Highly preferred to have current massage or aesthetic licensure.
Shift Requirements – Spa Operating Hours are currently 9:00am – 7:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am – 6:00pm Friday through Sunday (these hours may change at any time:
§ The Spa at Boca West also has blackout dates, where not time off is permitted.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
