The CNC Machining Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality tool paths from models to support manufacturing and repair of tooling. This involves managing the machining area's cutting tool and consumable needs, scheduling CNC work on machines, and maintaining up-to-date CNC programs.

The CNC Machining Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality tool paths from models to support manufacturing and repair of tooling. This involves managing the machining area's cutting tool and consumable needs, scheduling CNC work on machines, and maintaining up-to-date CNC programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce tool paths from models for manufacturing and repairing tooling.
- Manage the machining area's cutting tool and consumable needs.
- Schedule CNC work on the machines.
- Maintain CNC programs up to date and at current revision.
- Operate CNC machinery to produce and repair tooling when needed.
- Aide in drawing changes as required.
Requirements (including educational requirements):
- 5 years of experience in CNC programming.
- Proficiency in CAM software with 5 years of experience.
- CAD software proficiency a plus.
- Experience with 5-axis machining and post processors is essential.
- Hypermill experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- SAP skills are a plus.
