Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.
- Stay updated on drink trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the beverage menu.
